3 Days of Bliss

Connect yourself to the healing flow of the ocean over a long weekend spent camping on Devon's stunning coast. Connect with your mind, body, and spirit through energizing and dynamic yoga flow classes and chilled evening yoga sessions, taught beneath the open, blue skies overlooking the ocean on the sand. 

​

Unwind in the rhythm of the waves, testing your balance during surfing or SUP lessons, or simply relaxing in the soothing sea. Take meditational walks along sandy shores and unwind around a crackling fire beneath a night sky full of stars.

 

Be present, relax, and lean into happiness as you embrace the quiet power of nature.

We stay 3 nights at Freshwell camping next to the sea, under the stars, do 6 Yoga and Meditation classes over the retreat outdoors or in the village hall. Endless surfing, evening fire pit, optional crystal healing, massage, optional surf lessons and the possibility of SUPing, coastal walks, sea swimming, chilling, beach time, eating together and lots more.

 

The campsite has clean hot showers, toilets, drinking water, washing up points etc. You can camp in your own tent or book yourself into a yurt. Feel free to book any other accommodation of your choice in the small village of Croyde if you don't fancy camping.

Yoga combined with surfing in the ocean will energise, revitalise and relax you (and will be lots of fun!) I believe the ocean is one of natures great healers, it has amazing energy. It is proven that the negative ions near the ocean make you happier. Connecting with nature and the ocean, combined with Yoga and Meditation will be a refreshing, healing, fun experience.

I love Yoga and the sea, so I want to give you the opportunity to experience these wonderful things too!

Yoga and surfing work wonderfully together. Many top pro surfers swear by yoga to compliment their surfing. Yoga helps with being present, building strength, increasing flexibility, enhancing balance, concentration, focus, calm and pranayama increases lung capacity. Yoga helps you surf with more energy and endurance.

 

Yoga helps you to focus in the water and have a personal relationship with the ocean. Whether you are a Yogi looking to try surfing, a surfer wanting to incorporate yoga, to have a lovely holiday or just try something different, this will be great for you.

I organise surf lessons for you, or you can bring/hire your own board and wetsuit and we can surf together at one of the nearby beautiful surf beaches. If you don't fancy surfing you can relax on the beach, explore, have a massage or go for a coastal walk.

Yoga & Surf Camping Retreat, Croyde,

This Yoga and Surf retreat will be relaxing, rejuvinating and lots of fun. We stay 3 nights camping by the sea in Croyde, do 6 x Yoga and Meditation classes over the weekend outdoors or in the village hall.

​

Endless surfing,  evening camp fires, breakfast and lunch at the camp or on the beach, and dinner out at local restaurants with sea views, optional surf lessons, optional boat trips, SUPing and coastal walks.

Finland Yoga and Aurora Retreat, Winter 2024 dates TBC

We will immerse ourselves in snowy magic in Finland, chase the Aurora, snowshoe in snowy forests, get a husky ride, whale watch and hang out with reindeer.

​

We will relax in traditional saunas, stay in a beautiful house and do wake up morning yoga and relaxing yoga at night.

Enjoy the magic of fire and ice and the natural beauty of this area.

Yin Yoga, meditation & 'Viking Bath' Nordic Sauna, hot tub, ice bath and fire pit.

Saturday 20th April 3.15-6pm

Immerse yourself in the ancient practice of Yin Yoga and find deep relaxation through meditation for 1.5 hours.

Afterwards, indulge in the invigorating Viking Bath experience for 1 hour. Unwind and relax in the nordic sauna and hot tubs. For the brave, take a dip in the icebath. As the evening unfolds, gather around and enjoy the warmth and company. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to recharge your mind, body, and soul. Hot drinks and daal provided.

Cornish Woodland retreat, yoga, wild swimming and foraging,
South Cornwall

Come and relax with me on my Woodland Yoga Retreat on the wild and secluded south coast of Cornwall. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature as you enjoy twice daily yoga classes, wild swimming in the river Fal, and experience a wild foraging and cookery workshop.

 

Relax and unwind in the fully restored 300-year-old cottage, and private ancient oak woodland on the river. Gather around the campfire with like-minded individuals and indulge in some quality relaxation time, amazing food and rest in nature.

My Story

I had a dream to run Yoga and Surfing retreats for a long time, but I always felt it was just a distant dream that would may never happen. A pipedream. Until I did a meditation in a small ashram on an island off Guatemala.

I stumbled across an ashram which looked lovely with some beautiful big yellow flowers outside. I decided to join a class there.

 

This class changed my life.

 

We did a meditation called I Am. I saw my soul. It was overwhelmingly beautiful. I realised I was capable of doing anything I wanted. I booked my first Surf and Yoga retreat straight away when I got to my next stop on my trip, Costa Rica.

 

I created my first Yoga and Surf Retreat on my phone using the surf hostels intermittent wifi. It seemed so easy because the work was coming straight from my heart and soul. When the retreat came I wasn't nervous at all and loved every minute. I couldn't believe this was my job! Every time I go to Devon and share my knowledge and heart with the yogis, I feel so good like this is what I am supposed to be doing. Itinery

Suitable for

The Yoga is for beginners and intermediate Yogis, I can vary the postures to suit all abilities. We will do a mix of Hatha Flow, Yin, Yoga for surfing and relaxed Hatha. The style is fun and creative, yet focused and still challenging. Yoga stretches, strengthens, tones, helps to align, and improves the health of the entire body. My varied mix of guided meditations will help you in different areas of your life and help you to calm the mind and bring you into the present.
