This is a flowing yoga class with some meditations and a savasana. The poses flow together with the breath. This class will help to re energise, relax, release, strengthen, stretch and tone. We will connect more deeply to ourselves and the universe. We will go within and rest and heal in the present moment.
​
This is a flowing energetic class to blow away the cobwebs, stretch, energise, balance, ground and strengthen. This class will also help to soothe the mind and nourish the soul. Bring yourself back into your light, be in the present moment, come back to yourself and relax. The postures flow into one another so it is fairly dynamic but there are also some slower, more relaxing ground postures during the class. It is suitable for all levels. We will do some healing, calming meditations and visualisations before and after the class as well a relaxing savasana at the end.

Yoga is a place where you can just be, without all the worries of the outside world. You can connect with yourself and go beyond the mind. It can shift stuck emotions, open where you need to open and helps you to remember who you are. I love to see the transformation in people from before to after my classes. It inspires me and brings me happiness and peace that I can help people, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
