Take care of your mind and body with my Yin Yoga class. This practice is known for its deep relaxation and healing properties that will help you clear your mind and find inner peace. This class includes a guided meditation at the beginning and savasana at the end to help you fully relax and rejuvenate. Join me and see the difference it can make in your life. I feel Yin Yoga is the ultimate act of self love. I this class we will hold each posture for 5 minutes. We may focus on a theme, use affirmations, sound healing, self healing, guided meditations and visualisations. 

                                                                                           RELAXED HATHA FLOW

Our Relaxed Hatha Flow class is the perfect way to start your day feeling grounded and happy. This class will open and awaken you, stretch your body, and provide balance and energy for your day ahead. Rooted in self-love and connection, it will help you to bring yourself back into your light, be present in the moment, soothe your mind, and nourish your soul.

                                                                               YOGA TO RELAX, NURTURE AND HEAL

A relaxing class to stretch and open the body, relax the mind and heal body, mid and soul.

In the class we will use meditations, visualisations, sometimes themes and affirmations to connect back to ourselves and be in our truth and light. I will guide you through a series of gentle and restorative yoga poses, focusing on deep relaxation and self-care. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this session is suitable for all levels.

We will flow slowly through the asanas, going deep within and have a healing, relaxing experience. Some of the poses will be held a little longer so it will still be a challenge. This class will help you de stress and let go.
