Come immerse yourself in the soothing embrace of nature as we gather in the heart of the eco-park at Soul Sweats, a sanctuary of wild saunas and holistic wellness. This sacred space, nestled in the coastal beauty of Porthtowan, is the perfect setting for a day of grounding and renewal.

We begin with a meditation with herbs, aromatherapy and sound. We then have an hour and 30 minutes to enjoy private use of the wild sauna, plunge, beautiful space in nature with stunning views.

Enjoy tea and cake (V & GF) Then flow through the gentle rhythm of a Yin Yoga practice, letting your body soften and open, followed by a calming guided meditation to center your mind and spirit. In this stillness, creativity awakens.

Then, surrender into the creative flow as we journey through a Creative Writing session, where the whispers of the earth, the waves, and the sky become your muse. Let the words pour from your heart, unburdened and free.

Pause for a moment of mindful indulgence with a cup of warming herbal tea and a slice of homemade cake, savoring the simple joys of the present.

Wildflower Dream is a May afternoon retreat — a gentle homecoming to body and earth, as the land comes into bloom.

As the days grow longer and the air softens, we gather to move slowly, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the quiet joy of nature unfolding. You’ll be guided through a gentle hatha flow and meditation, with moments of stillness, soft sound, and earth-honouring ritual woven throughout. Crystals, candlelight, and seasonal touches support a sense of grounding, ease, and inner blossoming.

After practice, we’ll share tea and homemade vegan, gluten-free cake — a simple, nourishing pause.

You’ll then be invited to step into the Wildwood Spa, hidden beneath the trees. Move between the warmth of the sauna, fresh air, outdoor hot tub and cool water, allowing the elements to restore and awaken the body.

This is an unhurried afternoon of calm, warmth, and quiet enchantment — a space to soften, reconnect, and bloom gently in your own time.
