Escape to the wild beauty of North Cornwall for a 3 night nourishing yoga retreat based at a peaceful campsite near Boscastle with sea views and rolling green hills. . Surrounded by dramatic coastline, ancient landscapes, and places rich in legend, this retreat offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and immerse yourself in nature. Each day includes a yoga practice and a guided meditation to support balance, presence, and inner calm. Together, we will explore some of Cornwall's most sacred and inspiring places, including Tintagel Castle, Rocky Valley with its waterfall and ancient labrynth carvings,, St Nectan's Glen waterfall, a beautiful local beach, and the beautiful village of Boscastle. Evenings will be spent gathered around the campfire beneath the stars, sharing stories, laughter, and quiet moments of reflection. This retreat is an invitation to restore your body, awaken your spirit, and experience the magic and timeless energy of Cornwall.

St Nectans Glen is a land of legend. The waterfall, with its cascading waters, has long been a spiritual site for those seeking renewal and healing. You’ll be enveloped by the peaceful energy of the area, which is known for its powerful leylines. The very land itself seems to hum with a calm energy, guiding you into a deep state of relaxation.

Daily Yoga and Meditation
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner, the daily yoga and meditation sessions will meet you where you are. Each class is thoughtfully designed to promote relaxation, strength, and balance. There are 2 yoga sessions and 2 meditation sessions in total.
Explore the Enchanting Surroundings
When you’re not practicing yoga or meditating, take time to explore the stunning natural beauty of the area. A 1.45 hour round trip walk will lead you to Bossiney Cove and Rocky Valley, a tranquil spot known for its ancient labyrinths, which are believed to have been used for spiritual ceremonies in centuries past. In the area of Tintagel, you’ll be walking in the footsteps of King Arthur, surrounded by both history and nature’s timeless magic.
As part of our yoga retreat, we will visit Tintagel Castle, a place steeped in ancient legend, powerful natural beauty, and a deep sense of magic. Surrounded by the rugged Cornish coastline and the rhythm of the sea, this sacred landscape invites stillness, reflection, and a deeper connection with both nature and ourselves. Whether inspired by its Arthurian heritage or the peaceful energy of the land, this special visit offers space to slow down, breathe deeply, and embrace the transformative spirit of Cornwall.

Camping at Boscastle with sea views and rolling hills is included but please bring your own tent and sleeping bag, mug and yoga mat.
There will be a bit of driving to the sites but we can try to carshare over the retreat. Food is not included.

Guided 30 minute beautiful woodland walk along the stream to St Nectan's Glen!
